How much will my home cost? Modular home pricing varies greatly. Home features and construction specifications are not standardized. House style, exterior design, floor plan, state mandated construction features, optional items, delivery, set and crane charges will effect your home's cost. Prices vary between $35.00 and $65.00 per square foot. As a general rule, the larger the house, the higher the overall cost but lower the square foot cost. You must speak with a sales consultant to obtain accurate pricing information.

Can I change a "standard" floor plan? Yes, most floor plans are easily modified.
Can you build from my plans? Yes, with certain exceptions and revisions.

If I can't find a home plan I like, can I design my own home? Yes, we can assist you with design services.

How much of my home is "finished"? Most homes are delivered and set about 90% completed.

Can I do my own finish (button up) work? Yes. We customize the level of finish to the home owner's requirements.

Can I act as my own General Contractor? Yes. However, each state has different requirements governing the building trades and professionals. You will be required to conform to these code requirements. Call for details.

If I want to hire my own General Contractor, how do I select one? We can guide you in the selection process.

Can you do multi-family & commercial buildings? Yes! We do multi-family and commercial modular construction. From commercial buildings to professional office suites, to apartment complexes, college dormitories, contemporary or upscale townhouses or condominiums - whether it's in a rural, suburban or urban developments. We can design and build it better, quicker, and more effectively. We work with architects, engineers, city planners, project managers, housing authorities, investors, and general contractors to assist you in developing the right solutions for your next commercial or multi- family building project. Can you do condos & townhouses? Luxury living is exemplified in every detail and every custom option in our condominiums and townhouses.

What is your service area? Presently we are expanding our service area, and urge you to contact us concerning the availability of our modular homes for your construction site. Also, see our service area section for a map.

What is the warranty? All of our homes are covered by a ten year limited manufacturer's warranty. All manufacturer warranties for specific construction products and fixtures such as roof shingles, plumbing and electrical fixtures and appliances are assigned to each homeowner. This warranty includes ten years of protection for specific structural components as well as limited protection for electrical and plumbing systems.

When can I get my house? Most homes are delivered within 6 to 8 weeks for date of order. Depending of construction season. House set usually requires one or two days.

How long before I can move into my home? Most homes are completed within 6 weeks after set.
